Who we are

AGRI GATE FOODSTUFF L.L.C. (Trade Licence No. 1647000) is a food trading and global sourcing company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our trade desk is at Office 9, Building 8, Block 2, Police Station Building, Al Aweer Central Fruits & Vegetable Market, Ras Al Khor Ind. Area 3, Dubai, UAE.

Information we collect

Enquiry details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the product, volume, packing, origin, destination, Incoterm and delivery window you are asking about.

Supplier details you give us: company information, crop calendar, packing formats, capacity and certification information.

Technical information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view on this site. This is used in aggregate to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and coordinate specification, inspection, documentation and shipment.

To keep records of trade correspondence and transactions as required for business and accounting purposes.

To send you commercial updates only where you have asked for them. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or writing to trade@agrigate.ae.

Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request: with growers, packhouses and exporters when sourcing against your specification; with inspection agencies, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines and customs brokers when arranging a shipment; and with banks or insurers where a transaction requires it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by applicable law or by a competent authority.

International transfers

Because we source and ship internationally, your information may be processed in countries outside the UAE, including in our sourcing and destination markets. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled with appropriate care wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for up to 24 months. Records connected to a completed transaction are kept for as long as required by applicable commercial, tax and customs rules.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or object to receiving commercial messages. Write to trade@agrigate.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details through the website form.
