Every transaction is governed by the specification, grade, tolerance, packing, inspection basis, Incoterm and payment terms agreed in writing before loading. Where those terms conflict with anything on this website, the written terms prevail.

Claims relating to quality or quantity must be raised within the period stated in the relevant contract and supported by the agreed inspection evidence.
